Bertha Ella Crocker Hill
Bertha Ella Crocker Hill was born May 12, 1911, in Johnston County, N.C., and died July 20, 1990, in Wilson County, N.C. She is buried beside Arthur in the Fred Hill Cemetery in Johnston County.

Arthur Hill was born Dec. 23, 1911, to Arnettie Stancil Hill and Fred Hill. He was the couple's first child born after marrying April 23, 1911.

His siblings included Wilbert Hill (1913–1966), Nancy Lee Hill Calendar Beaman (1914–2006) and an infant sister (1915–1915).

He married Bertha Crocker on Nov. 26, 1932. They had Myrtle, Mildred and Rebecca Hill.

On June 8, 1957, Myrtle married Ralph Leroy Isenhour, who died in 1994. They had two sons, Larry and Ronnie Isenhour.

Mildred, who died of diabetes on May 1, 2003, married Ishmael Worth Narron on Nov. 12, 1952. Mildred and Ishmael had four children: Worth Lawrence Narron, Danny Gene Narron, Kenneth Wayne Narron, and Angela Narron.

Danny Gene Narron died Oct. 24, 2008 and is buried in Kenly Cemetery and Kenneth Wayne Narron died Aug. 13, 2016, and is also buried in Kenly Cemetery.

Arthur died Sept. 16, 1975. He and his wife are buried in the Fred Hill Cemetery in Kenly.
