Kenneth Wayne Narron lived a life marked by family connections, dedicated work, and the joys and sorrows that shape a personal journey. He was a son, brother, father, and grandfather, leaving behind a legacy remembered by those who knew him.
Kenneth Wayne Narron was born on October 10, 1958, in Wake County, North Carolina. He was the third child of Ishmael and Mildred Hill Narron. He joined his older siblings, Worth Lawrence Narron and Danny Gene Narron. Seven years after Kenneth's birth, his younger sister, Angela Jewell Narron, completed the family.
From a young age, Kenneth developed a passion for carpentry work, a skill he honed over many years in his profession. He found satisfaction in working with tools and the tangible results of his craft.
On October 24, 1978, Kenneth married Mala Jeanine Manning in Nash County, North Carolina. Together, they welcomed two children into their lives: David Wayne Narron and Dana Jeanine Narron. Their marriage later ended in divorce on February 27, 1992, in Wilson, North Carolina.
Kenneth cherished his role as a grandfather. He was a proud "Pop-Pop" to his two grandsons, Corbett Robert Narron, born in 2012, and Pierce Gregory Narron, born in 2014. Tragically, young Pierce passed away in August of the same year he was born.
In his later years, Kenneth found companionship and happiness, becoming engaged to Brenda Carter. He also embraced the role of step-father to Alice Carter.
Kenneth Wayne Narron passed away at the age of 57 on August 13, 2016, at the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield, North Carolina. He is buried in the Kenly Cemetery. His life, though marked by challenges, was deeply intertwined with his family and the community around him.
