Paul Edwin Stancil II, father of Tiffany Stancil Goldsmith, Julie Stancil Campbell, Paul Edwin Stancil III and brother of Debra Stancil Brooks, died at 74 on July 28, 2024, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He was born Sept. 22, 1949, in Chattanooga. He is the son of the late Paul Edwin Stancil and Winifred Stancil.

He is the grandfather of Morgan, Drew, Jessica, Madi and Peyton and great-grandfather of Maleah, Brantley, Layla, Clayton, Denver and Aspen. Paul was a member of Brainerd Hills Baptist Church. He was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and a successful businessman as owner of Paul Stancil Insurance and Sunbelt Insurance Group. He is buried in Chattanooga Memorial Park. (Leumos)
